Improve Your Cooking Skills
This course will focus on the basics of improving your cooking skills. We will go over what equipment every cook must own, how to use a knife properly, how to sauté, roasting 101, and much more. You will have the opportunity to practice your skills, so bring an apron and be prepared to get messy!
Pastry: Mixing and Production
This class will focus on how to properly mix your pastry dough to ensure your pastries are flakey and fluffy. We will also go over pastry production, using five different pastry types as examples. Proper equipment and handling will be discussed as well - Pastry equipment will be provided.
Pastry: Design and Decorating
In this class you will learn how to professionally design and decorate your pastries. From best practices when it comes to your design concept, to unique and easy ways to decorate your pastries to stand out from the rest. This will be a hands-on class so be prepared to design, decorate, and present your pastries...
