Pastry 101
This is an introductory class for those interested in becoming a professional pastry chef. We will go over the basic equipment, tools, ingredients, technics, and tricks to create mouth-watering pastries. This class will not require hands-on assistance so just bring something to take notes with and enjoy learning from award-winning pastry chefs.
Pastry: Mixing and Production
This class will focus on how to properly mix your pastry dough to ensure your pastries are flakey and fluffy. We will also go over pastry production, using five different pastry types as examples. Proper equipment and handling will be discussed as well - Pastry equipment will be provided.
Pastry: Design and Decorating
In this class you will learn how to professionally design and decorate your pastries. From best practices when it comes to your design concept, to unique and easy ways to decorate your pastries to stand out from the rest.
